RussiaUK SHOE Returns policy

All shoes and boots at Russia / UK are checked for quality and materials.

After purchase, if you should find fault with the making of or the materials used in the shoes manufacture, we will repair, if the item/s are able to be repaired or replace the item/s providing that,

1. The item/s have been used and worn and kept as intended for their

purpose

2. The item/s are not of poor repair due to wear and tear

3. Proof of purchase is produced

4. No more than 14 days have elapsed from the date of purchase and the manufacture of the goods is found to be faulty ( for replacement only ).

5. The item/s have not been altered or repaired or tampered with so as not to have their original materials and design

6. The customer returns the item/s to us in suitable packaging

7. The customer is liable for all postage costs

8. Address and contact information is supplied for return of either the repaired or replaced item/s.

( if any of the above conditions are not met by the customer then Russia/UK

cannot guarantee that repair/s or replacement/s can take place )

Providing that no more than 14 days, from the purchase date, have elapsed and upon receipt of the item/s, Russia / UK will supply new item/s of the same, or if the item/s are not available, will supply a list of item/s of equivalent cost and design, for the customer to choose a replacement providing that the item/s cannot be repaired. All items carry a 12 month guarantee. If more than 14 days have expired after the date of purchase a replacement item will not be available to the customer and the item/s will be repaired if possible.

If the item/s cannot be repaired and the manufacture of the item/s is found to be at fault, then a credit note will be issued to the customer, to the value of the original cost of the item/s purchased. The customer may use this credit note only within a 12 month period from the date of original purchase.
